Sean "Diddy" Combs released the weirdest apology video on Instagram to take accountability for his actions. The thing is, he didn't specify what actions, what video or to whom he was apologizing to. It's assumed he is talking about the Hotel video where he assaulted his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, but he doesn't mention her by name or reference at all.

But for all the allegations against him, why break the silence in this instance? It's so weird...
