"Hair by Mr. Bean of London" is the fourteenth episode of the British television series "Mr. Bean." It originally premiered as a direct-to-video episode in 1995 and wasn't broadcast on UK television until 2006. This episode features Mr. Bean getting into various misadventures involving a barber shop, a village fête, and a train station.

In the first segment, Mr. Bean visits a barber shop and ends up impersonating the barber while the real one is on a phone call. He gives several customers disastrous haircuts, including a bowl cut with a large gap and a shaved ponytail. When the barber returns, the customers demand to know who his "assistant" is, while Bean sneaks away, hiding his face behind a calendar.

In the second segment, Bean attends a village fête where he cheats at various games and enters his teddy bear into a pet show. Teddy wins a prize, which leads to a chaotic fight among children and dogs over a large bone, though Bean opts for a jar of honey instead.

The final segment occurs at St. Pancras railway station, where Bean loses his ticket and tries to sneak past the security guard by hiding inside a mailbag. This results in him being loaded onto a train bound for Moscow
