Crazy 23-Year-Old Refuses To Leave Car During Traffic Stop

On April 5th, 2022. An officer on highway patrol observed a car blatantly speeding . As the officer tried to conduct a traffic stop on the suspect, he began speeding and weaving through traffic until one of his tires blew out. Once he was at the side of the road, the suspect immediately got out of the vehicle but the officer asked him to remain inside the car, however the suspect took it very literal and decided to remain in the vehicle and not come out. This went on for awhile until police threatened to break his window, he then unlocked the car and police immediately rushed him to the ground. It was discovered that the man was on some sort of substance which enabled him to behave in a strange manner, he was then rushed to the hospital.
