A home improvement contractor first exposed by Call 6 Investigates will serve prison time for ripping off an elderly couple, businesses, and the Indiana Department of Revenue. A Marion County judge sentenced contractor Jerry Hatten this week to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction in connection with five separate theft and check deception cases.
