Red Alert 2 part 1, The Second War

Ladies and Gents, I need more time to learn and conquor the first Red Alert, so I am going to play the second one. This is one I have played many times and won.

This war starts with America surrounded on all sides and our nukes are taken out. How did the nukes get taken out? Can we win against the capitalist pigs???
