ICC Seeks arrest warrants for Israel and Hamas leaders

The chief prosecutor of the global International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, is seeking arrest warrants for the leaders of Hamas and Israel. He has stated that his office applied for their arrest warrants due to the war crimes committed. He further stated that his office had reason to believe that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant Bear were criminally responsible for “war crimes and crimes against humanity”.
