Strong winds bring dust storm to Kansas

A powerful storm accompanied by strong winds, large hail, and tornadoes has engulfed Oklahoma and Kansas, causing significant damage. The storm has blown roofs off buildings, blocked roads, and downed power lines.

The weather service reported receiving 13 tornado reports from Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado. One of them must have been from Dorothy and Toto.
