Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup raisins
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the rolled oats and raisins until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

These oatmeal raisin cookies are perfect for providing a boost of energy to cyclists and visitors at your bikery, and they're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
