A ten-thousand-dollar reward is being offered to find who is shooting up electric transformers.

HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative says more than a quarter-million-dollars in damage has been done in the past 12 months by firing gunshots at transformers, regulators and other equipment. The cost also includes power outages caused by the vandalism. Officials say there has been more than a dozen incidents in Clinton, Eaton and Ionia Counties.
