Fresh Pizza in the Blackstone Pizza Oven

Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough ball (up to 14 inches, using Delallo Kit dough recommended in video)
¾ cup fresh grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
Hormel Pepperoni Cups
Fresh Basil leaves
Mike's Hot Honey
Blackstone Tutto Italiano or Tuscan Herb seasoning
½ tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Romano cheese
Semolina Flour (for dusting)
Directions
1. Set the pizza oven to the Fresh Pizza setting. Dust your work surface with semolina flour and stretch the prepared dough to a maximum of 14 inches. Use a fork to gently pierce the dough to prevent air bubbles. Season the dough with Tutto Italiano or Tuscan Herb and drizzle with olive oil, spreading it lightly with a brush or your hands.
2. Begin by layering the grated mozzarella cheese followed by dollops of pizza sauce. Arrange the desired amount of Hormel Pepperoni Cups on top of the sauce.
3. Launch the assembled pizza into the preheated oven. Let it cook for the preset 5 minutes, adding an additional minute if you prefer a well-done pizza.
4. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Grate Romano cheese over the pizza, arrange fresh basil leaves on top, and drizzle Mike's Hot Honey around the pizza.
5. Slice the pizza and serve immediately to enjoy your delicious creation!
