a. Palming
Palming is a relaxation technique that helps reduce eye strain and stress.
How to do it:
Rub your palms together to generate heat.
Close your eyes and cover them with your warm palms without pressing on the eyelids.
Relax and breathe deeply for 1-2 minutes.
b. Focus Change
This exercise helps improve focus and flexibility of the eye muscles.
How to do it:
Sit comfortably and hold your thumb about 10 inches away from your face.
Focus on your thumb for 15 seconds.
Shift your focus to an object 15-20 feet away for another 15 seconds.

c. Figure Eight
