Fake cease and desist letters sent to medical marijuana shops

Fake cease and desist letters were delivered to medical marijuana shops in the last several days, according to the Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and the Bureau of Medical Marihuana Regulation (BMMR). They're issuing a warning to the public, and prospective medical marijuana operator license applicants.
