Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi tragically died in a helicopter crash in the country’s northwestern province of East Azerbaijan.

MJ Augustine Vinod, expert in air defence, helicopters, fighter planes, has explained to RT how weather conditions and thick fog complicated the flight and were a serious factor in the accident.
