Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 cauliflower
Fill completely with water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of cumin.
Cook for 15 minutes.
1 onion.
2 peppers.
2 tomatoes.
some oil.
Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
Add pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
a pinch of salt.
Coriander.
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Parsley.
Grease with olive oil.
Mazarella cheese 250 g.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 250 degrees.
