Confusion reigns for Joe as Biden’s PANDERING for VOTES effort continues

Joe Biden gave the commencement address at Morehouse College Today, an HBCU in Atlanta, Georgia, with some disruptions from those assembled. Joe often look confused during the ceremony.

The speech is one of several events where the president appeared this week before Black communities — a demographic that has historically backed him as a candidate and whose vote he's seeking for reelection, yet is losing support from in recent polls.
