2. What i have done? Addressed it to YT; updated app; playback - turned on cc; permission settings set; restarted device...

3. Intervened? Attempted manual subtitles (in slides) but not sustainable ( time consuming), not feasible for long messages/ articles.

4. Conclusions?
* Found out from other creators; YT can withdraw this privilege service from a channel.
* viewer can generate subtitles, translate transcript from alternative wares/ apps). 🙊 Reminded of Exodus 5:7
