Are British businesses taking advantage of workers?

Is it possible to change the regulation of British businesses so that they care just as much about the workers as they do the directors and shareholders?
In a fiery debate with businessman Philip Ullmann on Talk, I argued that his proposals to change the focus of businesses simply could not work: businesses would close down and nobody would invest in them if we took away the profit motive.
Good to be on the show with Andre Walker and Ash Gould again.
