Regions are still behind in transgender care. Many transgender people have no choice but travel outside the region, go overseas to get transgender surgical related care, or even other care. Some transgender person has complication need to spend twice as much, not alone costly long distance call to get calls from surgeon. transgender person has spend twice as much money to return to overseas to do a follow up. Some complication can be serious. I would rather see men fall in love with another men, women fall in love with another women instead of procreating. I would rather see men medically transition to a women to make themselves infertile, sparing more children come to the meaningless shithole
