Uniform code of Military Justice

I watched a podcast yesterday with Ivan Raiklin. I ran across something that Trump did back in 2019 it totally changes the guide rails for the military courts. They can now act as any district Court of the United States. In other words they can issue warrant subpoena's order investigations. I understand now what they mean when they say the military is the only way. The only way you can beat a corrupt justice system will be to serve Justice outside of their system. That's what these changes allow.
