Let's check the use of the word "Elohim" in Psalm 82. It is used in verse 1, verse 6 and verse 8. In English it is translated as "God" and "gods" 's respectively, but in the Hebrew it is only one word: "elohim". Strong's Concordance H430. What is going on? Have you worked it out?
