Green Pea and Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

4 lettuce leaves
4 cucumbers
1 cup of canned or cooked green peas
1/2 cup of chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup of olives
Ingredients for the Dressing:

Low-fat mayonnaise
Dried mint
3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:

Preparing the Salad:

Chop the lettuce, cucumbers, olives, and dill.
Mix them together in a bowl.
Add the green peas to the mixture.
Making the Dressing:

Combine the low-fat mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, dried mint, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
Mix well to create a smooth dressing.
Assembling the Salad:

مواد لازم:
4 برگ کاهو
4 عدد خیار
1 لیوان نخود سبز کنسروی یا پخته شده
نصف لیوان شوید تازه خورد شده
نصف لیوان زیتون

سس مایونز کم چرب
نعنانی خشک
3 حبه سیر
روغن زیتون
لیمو
نمک و فلفل سیاه
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا کاهو، خیار، زیتون و شوید را خورد کرده و در ظرفی با هم مخلوط کرده و نخود فرنگی را اضافه میکنیم. برای سس، سس مایونز، روغن زیتون، آب لیمو ترش، سیر رنده شده، نعنا خشک، نمک و فلفل سیاه را با هم مخلوط کرده و به سالاد اضافه میکنیم و هم میزنیم و 15 دقیقه در یخچال میگذاریم. نوش جان
