Day 99 of Sobriety: Reflecting on Self-Love & Ren's "Can't Help Falling in Love" @RenMakesMusic

Welcome to Day 99 of my sobriety journey! Today, I'm listening to Ren's beautiful cover of "Can't Help Falling in Love" and reflecting on the true meaning of self-love. It's not just about being kind to ourselves in our thoughts but also about how we fuel our bodies and minds through our diets and activities. Can we find self-love in stillness and presence, or does it always need to be linked to our actions?

I also believe that showing kindness to others is a powerful way to receive self-love in return. I learned in my last relationship, instead of saying falling in love, that we rise in love. I like that a lot.

Tomorrow marks 100 days of sobriety and 100 daily videos—an incredible milestone on this journey! My ultimate goal is 365 days, but I'm taking it one day at a time and seeing where this channel goes.

Ren's rendition of this classic track is a delightful start to the weekend, and I must say, I prefer it over Elvis's original and even UB40's cover. Join me in this celebration of music and self-love. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to follow my journey!
