STOP DRINKING LIQUIDS DURING MEALS:
• Disrupts Digestion
• Dilutes your naturally occurring digestive enzymes which makes it harder to breakdown food
• Mucus build up from food unable to be properly broken down & digested
• Food not broken down properly during digestion will start to ferment which leads to the growth of bacteria
• Causes bloating

DO NOT drink any beverages during meal time because it affects the stomach acids negatively. She explained how the restaurant industry is ruining our health because they insist we order a beverage
