Oscar Lopez is a Marine Corp helicopter mechanic station out of Belle Chasse Louisiana and Richard Alex Hernandez threatened to kill him with Direct Energy Weapons on 5/17/24. Richard Alex Hernandez is still on my cell phone without any warrants!!!!!!
