Spring Clean-up: Warren city inspectors look for violators

The annual Neighborhood Clean Sweep Program has begun for the city of Warren. Inspectors will be out looking for violations.  The program started in 2008, it targets blight violations. Mayor Jim Fouts says since it started over 60,000 warning notices have been handed out to businesses and homeowners about a $1,000 fine they could face.
