A Late Night ride on the back of a Shanghai Motorcycle taxi, 2014

As I was leaving the Qibao metro station to go home, about a dozen blocks away (before Line 9 opened anyways), I decided to hop on one of the motorcycle taxis that sat outside the station. Usually I'd just take the bus, but I wanted to get home more quickly.

And I filmed it. That was pretty much life in Shanghai, China in 2014. Motorcycles taking you wherever you wanted to go when it's too hard to get a regular taxi.
