RAW VIDEO: Van Strikes Pedestrians in Toronto, at Least 8 Injured

Footage from the scene shows multiple victims on a sidewalk, and some of them were receiving CPR after a van has run over pedestrians in Toronto, injuring at least 8 people, local police say. Only few details were immediately available. The incident happened at about 1:27 p.m. ET on Monday when police were called to an incident in the North York district, where "numerous" pedestrians were reported to have been struck by a van.
