This video discusses the foods we recommend you consider and the ones we suggest you eliminate or greatly reduce. The Volek/Phinney book The Art & Science of Low-Carb Performance has nice list that matches pretty much with our approach. The vegetable list on page 58 notes some good ones! The fats/oils chapter includes canola oil, which we DO NOT recommend. This book is THE go-to little book for best results by combining very low carb (under 50 grams per day) with resistance training (weights). Changes in body composition (less fat, more muscle) can be best achieved, IMO, using this combination. I have!
