City employees offered deal to curb home vacancies
6 years ago
The Land Bank of Kansas City is offering a deal to city employees to help curb the number of vacant houses in Kansas City, Missouri. For just $100, public employees can buy one of 25 vacant homes up for sale in the program. The homes are structurally sound, but do need a considerable amount of work. The buyer must live in the home for three years.
