The juiciest and most delicious meat roulade with pine nuts and spinach! Very tasty, soft, and tender meat baked in the oven. Experimenting with flavors, I found the perfect combination of pine nuts, spinach, and cheese. In this recipe, I use ricotta cheese, but you can add your favorite cottage cheese. The meat pairs perfectly with slightly boiled potatoes, and after, it's very tasty to fry them with garlic. Such a tasty and interesting recipe for lunch or dinner is perfect for your table to delight your friends and family!
Ingredients for meat roulade:
1 kg of meat (I used pork, you can use veal or lamb)
1 tbsp pine nuts (or any other)
150g spinach
2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
