In this video, I will be sharing my delicious and easy custard ice cream recipe. Made with just a few simple ingredients, this homemade ice cream is rich, creamy, and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Follow along as I show you step-by-step how to make this delectable treat, perfect for any hot summer day or as a sweet ending to a meal.

Ingredients for Custard Ice Cream:

• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons mango custard powder
• 1/4 cup milk (for custard paste)
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 drops of yellow food color
• Tutti frutti (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Add mango custard powder and milk in a small bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste. Set it aside.
2. Add milk in a pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
3. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
4. Gradually add the custard paste, while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
5. Cook on medium heat until the custard thickens.
6. Once the custard has thickened, remove the pan from the heat.
7. Strain the custard through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl to remove any lumps.
8. Cover the surface of the custard with plastic wrap.
9. Let it cool down completely.
10. Once cooled, whisk the custard until smooth and set it aside.
11. Add whipping cream and vanilla essence in a bowl and whip the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
12. Add the custard to the whipped cream and beat until well combined.
13. Add 2 drops of yellow food color and mix well.
14. Pour the ice cream mixture into a container.
15. Cover and freeze for at least 7-8 hours or overnight.
16. Once set, scoop the custard ice cream.
17. Garnish with tutti frutti.
18. Serve and enjoy!
