This conversation is a co-creation with Adam Widawski, a philosopher by heart who lives by who he is through his philosophy of life.
Adam and i discuss philosophy, how it is taught in academia, and how philosophy is a way of life. From there, we move into leadership.
Adam acknowledges that today's only viable leadership is that of being, which includes the ethical integrity of the individual.
Leadership, love, co-creation, etc emerge from the heart, from the being, not from the mind as a rational or new-age concept to be taught.
There is no need to take courses to be a leader; you show up authentically!
