What is the 60 for 60 Challenge? I have challenged myself to be able to knock out a set of 60 push-ups at the age of 60. These videos document my progression. But why? Simply put, I love a good challenge, and when an old friend (who is a year younger than I) posted, before and after, pics of his own journey to healthier living on FB, it inspired me to pose a challenge to myself.
