A man accused of smashing the window out of a marked Indianapolis Metropolitan Park Ranger patrol vehicle and stole it from the VA Medical Center on Saturday has been arrested. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers say Benjamin Anderson was captured on video smashing out the driver side window of the vehicle just after 9 a.m. and driving away. The vehicle was recovered Saturday afternoon after a citizen spotted it in the 1100 block of Berwick Alley west.
