Men Need To Be Heard - Innocent But Accused: How to Handle A False Allegation of Domestic Violence

Being accused of committing Domestic Violence especially when you are completely innocent can and usually does have a traumatic effect on the accused.

Sadly the reality in today's society is that people can be convicted of DV based solely on the word of the accuser with little or no other corroborating evidence presented. It is not uncommon for those who conduct the investigations to do so with a presumption of guilt by the accused as we've chronicled on the show before

False allegations are rampant with little to no recourse against the accuser even when it's been proven beyond a doubt that the allegation they've made is false.

This is especially true in Family Court custody cases and it often leads to not just legal issues for the accused by financial, mental, emotional, spiritual and even physical effects on the person that is falsely accused as well as their children.
