Body found partially concealed near creek bed during neighborhood cleanup on Indy's northeast side

A group of cleaning up their neighborhood on Indy's northeast side found a body partially concealed near a creek bed Saturday morning.  Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene near 20th Street and Riley Avenue around 11 a.m.  Witnesses on the scene say a group was doing a neighborhood cleanup when one of the volunteers discovered what appeared to be a human body partially covered near the creek.
