Patron says crash into Loveland's Zappz Sports Bar was intentional

Blake Freeman, who was at Zappz Sports Bar, says a driver smashed into the building on purpose after being thrown out. Freeman said he arrived moments after that. He also said the driver got out of the vehicle and started swinging at people.
