Pokemon Monotype Tier List - RSE

Now that the Emerald steel monotype's all uploaded, I figure I'd put something up discussing my insights into how different types perform in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald versions. I'd go into more detail but I didn't want this to be more than an hour long. I'll be making one of these for FireRed and LeafGreen as well, which will probably be uploaded next Saturday.
