When we were kids, there was a limit to how much fun we could have at any given time. Our parents would regulate it. They wouldn't give us all the candy we wanted, they wouldn't let us play video games all day and they would send us to bed when it was time to sleep. That wasn't our own willpower regulating how much we should indulge in these fun activities, but outside factors. As adults, we have to do this ourselves. And if something is fun, you won't want to stop having fun.
