The White House has invoked executive privilege to block the release of a recording of special counsel Robert Hur's interview with President Joe Biden. The audio is related to the investigations into Joe Biden's taking classified documents before he was president, and although the written transcript is available, members of Congress are requesting the audio so they can determine whether there's anything on tape that is not contained in the transcript.

The blocking of the release is only deepening suspicions over what the audio may contain, but the White House invoking executive privilege in the case is also being compared to the question the Supreme Court is hearing in a case related to former President Donald Trump. To what extent should presidents and former presidents have immunity from prosecution?

In this live Q&A with Crossroads host Joshua Philipp, we’ll discuss this topic and others, and answer questions from the audience.
