Sean Ryan| Living after 20 Cardiac Arrests

Sean Ryan was an active and healthy outdoorsman with no history of cardiovascular disease.

In today’s episode, Sean shares his story of how after his second Covid vaccine he experienced 20 cardiac arrests within 18 hours and is now effectively crippled.

I was struck by Sean’s perseverance in keeping a positive attitude through the immense trial he has faced.

He believes “Persistence is Key” in trying to journey forward.
