Job 40: 1-14 This week we'll examine the conscience and how it accuses us, and how we can be truly excused, by God. You'll hear about an anachronistic literary device in the text. We'll look at what it means to instruct and reproof God. We'll compare the answers to conscience of Job, David, and you and me. We'll ask Job is a contest, or is the battle real. Did Job sin, blaspheme, or even curse God? Whose hand was on Job anyway? What did God determine before the foundation of the world. And how did He declare the end from the beginning? What is God really saying when Hew tells Job to "gird up thy loins like a man?" And what is the primary message of the book of Job to both Israel, and to believers today.
