Why was the state able to tell businesses to close during the fake pandemic?

Because the biz owners asked the state for permission to conduct economic activity, so they unknowingly and willingly, through social conditioning, fraud, deceit, and lack of full disclosure, gave up their right to conduct PRIVATE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY.

By asking the state for an LLC and/or biz license, you are then asking for that license so that you can tango on the IRS dance floor.

You are never required to go to the dance floor.

You can open a pizza place, put it in a PMA, a private member's area, and charge $.50 for that membership on a per visit basis, or monthly or whatever you like.

That way no govt entity can poke their nose in your business.

Open a bank account using your social and exercise your right to conduct private economic activity.

Do you think the mobster social clubs have licenses? LOL
