For anyone asking about my personal journey: I used to struggle with binge ED (which i discuss on my account)! I recovered through therapy, medication (mounjaro), and SELF LOVE🤍🤍 I also found joy in movement and working out + fueling my body with nutrient dense foods :) although it may work for others, I never counted calories… it’s possible to be in a caloric deficit without tracking everything!
