GOd is good all the time 1109: What does "fake" or "real" Mean??

This is a question that gets put to anyone who believes from time to time. We are called "fake" believers by people that thing we are not true? Or we are not "real" believers because we don't agree or practice faith the same as another believer? So the question then becomes what is fake and what is real? HOW is it defined and WHO is defining it and WHY?
