Soft, tender beef with vegetables in the oven! Delicious for dinner!

Ingredients:
Butter – 160g (80g + 80g)
Beef - 800 g.
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Salt
Peppercorns
basil
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Garlic – 10 cloves
Cherry tomatoes - 350 g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Peppers - 2 pcs.
Peppers - 2 pcs.
olive oil
Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 200 °C.
