Instant Karma, Ignorant entitled probation officer thinks he's above the law, gets hit

For some reason, it appears everyone who works for the state thinks they can just do whatever they want in Norwich. I didn't even go to film the court today ibwas just walking by and saw the van and was getting the complaint site and plate when I saw a lady I know who now works for the court and talked to her for awhile. Then I saw this and I decided to film it. These guys here just make up whatever they want, and the town and the town manager backs them and makes up lies. Instead of doing the right thing and making the act appropriately. I'd get it if there was nowhere to park, but there's literally a parking lot and a huge parking garage. They're simply lazy . Must be nice because if that was anyone else, they'd be getting ticketed or towed. Makes no sense how they have fools enforcing these rules and laws that can't even follow the most basic ones themselves. I don't know what office that dude works for. I'll have to try and find out. Now I'll have to go to probation. This is for news and educational purposes. People need to know their rights, and they need to see what these "public servants are doing around them on a daily basis because it's wrong.

if anyone wants to complain on the probation officerocer and hos parking you go to fleet.ct.gov it takes you right to the complaint. his plate was 5 2265, and it's on Water Street behind the court. they don't listen to me, so maybe more complaints would help
