Jukut Bulung Gadang (Traditional Balinese Green Glacilaria Seaweed Salad)

Jukut Bulung Gadang or Urab Bulung (Balinese traditional Green Glacilaria seaweed salad ) is a traditional seaweed salad Balinese love to make, it is so very delicious and healthy. Adding grilled coconut and fish stock gives it such a special flavour. I love to eat it with grilled fish and rice and Sambal Matah and you can eat this with Balinese rice cakes too 😋
