In this video, I will be showing you how to make delicious and mouth watering coconut ladoos. This traditional Pakistani dessert is made with just a few simple ingredients like desiccated coconut, condensed milk and cardamom powder. It's the perfect sweet treat for any occasion and can be made in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients for Coconut Ladoos:

• 1 teaspoon ghee
• 2 cups desiccated coconut
• 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup condensed milk
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 1/3 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Instructions:

1. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add 1 teaspoon of ghee to it.
2. Once the ghee melts, add 2 cups of desiccated coconut to the pan.
3. Roast the desiccated coconut in the ghee for about 2-3 minutes.
4. After the coconut is lightly toasted, sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix it evenly with the coconut.
5. Now, add 1/2 + 1/8 cup of condensed milk to the pan and mix well with the coconut.
6. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
7. Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency and starts to come together, remove the pan from the heat.
8. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down for a few minutes.
9. Grease your palms with ghee, take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into smooth, round ball (ladoo).
10. Roll the prepared ladoo in some desiccated coconut.
11. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture to make more ladoos.
12. Allow the coconut ladoos to cool completely at room temperature before serving.
