Miss teen USA runner-up

Miss teen USA did not want the crown the runner up it's supposed to be next in line to get the crown if for some reason that Miss teen USA cannot fulfill her duties but miss teen USA's runner up, she does not want the crown either what could possibly be the reason ? With all these things coming out and I know there will be further investigation I think these contests should be eliminated Miss America Miss teen USA with all the allegations they should be eliminated.
